Terms of service

Last updated 21 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Arova website and the travel data plans you buy through it. You agree to them when you tick the acknowledgement at checkout and place your order.

Who you're dealing with

Arova is a brand of Pixel Analytics LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That company is the party you contract with for the plan itself.

Payment is a separate matter: Stripe acts as merchant of record for the sale. Stripe calculates, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Tax is added at the payment page on top of the price shown on the package card.

What we sell

We resell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are not a mobile network operator. The data itself is carried by local networks through our connectivity partner, and coverage, speed and availability depend on those networks.

Buying a plan

Delivery and installation

Your QR code and manual activation code are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, usually within seconds of payment. Installing an eSIM requires an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone and an internet connection. Checking that your device qualifies is your responsibility — see how it works.

An eSIM profile can normally be installed once, on one device. Deleting it from your phone does not return it to us and we cannot reissue it.

Plan validity and data allowance

Each package states its validity period, its data allowance, and what triggers the start of that period — typically the first time your phone connects to a network at your destination. Unused data does not carry over and expires with the plan.

Coupons

Coupon codes may be limited by destination, package, date range, total redemptions, or redemptions per customer. We may decline or withdraw a code that has been shared publicly, used fraudulently, or issued in error.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use our plans for anything unlawful where you are, don't resell them, and don't try to circumvent fair-use limits or interfere with the service. We may suspend or cancel a plan used this way.

Things we can't promise

We can't guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular speed, or coverage in a particular building or valley — those depend on local networks we do not operate. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights or protections you cannot be asked to give up, that law still applies to you and nothing here overrides it.

Contact

Start at our help page, which will usually get you to an answer faster. Otherwise write to [email protected] — or just reply to your order confirmation email, which reaches the same place.

We use Google Analytics cookies to see which pages help travellers and which don't. No ads, and nothing is sold. You can change this any time under “Cookie settings”.
