Privacy policy
Last updated 21 September 2026
We collect as little as we can get away with, and we don't sell any of it. This page says what we hold, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.
The company responsible for that data — the data controller — is Pixel Analytics LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address. Required at checkout so we can deliver your eSIM and send your receipt.
- Your order. What you bought, when, what you paid, and any coupon you used.
- eSIM identifiers. The ICCID and activation credentials for the eSIM issued to you. These are stored encrypted, and access by our staff is logged.
- Account details, if you create one. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us.
- Technical data. Your IP address and basic request information, used to rate-limit abuse of the checkout and to keep the service running.
- Payout details, if you're an affiliate. Whatever you enter so we can send your commission — typically a bank account or payment address, and any screenshot you attach. Stored encrypted, and every time a member of staff views it is logged.
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes them under its own privacy policy.
What we don't collect
We do not see your browsing activity, the sites you visit, or the content of anything you send over a plan you bought from us. That traffic runs on the local network, not on our systems.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To deliver the eSIM you paid for and support you if it doesn't work — because we need it to perform the contract you entered into.
- To meet accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations — because the law requires us to keep those records.
- To protect the service from abuse, such as automated checkout attempts — our legitimate interest in keeping the service working for everyone else.
- To understand how the site is used — only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. That one runs on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the service: our payment processor (Stripe, which is also the merchant of record for your purchase), our connectivity supplier, who needs an order reference to provision your eSIM, our email provider, which sends your confirmation, and — if you accepted analytics — Google. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
We are based in the United States and those providers operate internationally, so your data is processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Where that transfer needs a legal safeguard, it rests on the standard contractual clauses in our agreements with those providers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, which is what accounting and tax rules require of us. Activation credentials are kept only while they may still be needed to support an active plan, then deleted. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Analytics data is retained by Google for fourteen months.
Cookies
We use a session cookie when you sign in, so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we run no advertising pixels.
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies so we can see which pages people use and where they get stuck. Nothing is set until you accept, we never grant the advertising signals, and you can change your mind at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
If you arrive through a creator's referral link, we also store the discount code from that link in a second cookie, so it can be filled in for you at checkout. It holds nothing but that code, it is cleared when you close your browser, and you can overwrite or remove the code yourself before you pay.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we're using it. Write to [email protected] — or see our help page — and we'll handle it. Some records, an invoice for example, we may be legally required to keep even after an account is deleted.
If you think we've handled your data badly and we haven't put it right, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page.
